At Cub, we do our best to get your orders packed and on their way quickly. Below you’ll find all the key details about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect once your order’s on the move.


1. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if applicable).


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the UK.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (where available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on the Site.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors such as weather or strikes.


3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, depending on the destination and size of your order.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier — but we’ll always help chase things up if something goes astray.


4. Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us because the courier couldn’t deliver (for example, after multiple attempts or an incorrect address), we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if something arrives damaged or missing, please contact us at david@mfpets.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and details of the issue so we can sort it quickly.


6. Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If it still hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK orders), contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

We can’t be held responsible for parcels once they’ve been marked as “delivered” by the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help locate them.


7. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If an item is listed as pre-order or back-order, we’ll clearly state the expected dispatch date on the product page.
Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock — if you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.


8. International Shipping

We currently deliver only within the UK. We’re working on expanding this — keep an eye on our site and social channels for updates.
